We appreciate all of our parents and families and the support that you show to our Music programs. When the programs are over and parents are needing to check out kids it can be a little crazy. We are needing to set some new rules with Check in and Check out on Music Program days ONLY!
If you are coming to watch the program and WILL NOT be taking your student home with you. Please come to the office and sign the paper and check in that you are in the building.
If you are coming to watch the program and WILL be taking your student home please do the following.
Scan a QR code, they will be hung up in the front hallway.
Fill out the form completely
Watch the music program
When the program is over, ALL STUDENTS WILL GO BACK TO CLASS WITH THEIR TEACHER
PARENTS WAIT IN THE GYM AREA
Teachers will release the student from their classroom with the form that you filled out.
Students will meet parents in the gym area, NOT in front of the school.
